This week in Phonics/Language, the children will color and sing a G-R-E-E-N book and practice matching magnetic objects with the words for green and orange. They will practice tracing and writing the letter “k” and we will sing “Katy Kangaroo” in circle. We will practice narration with The Three Wishes, and sequence the story in circle. In Nature/Science we will read about bees in Exploring Creation and learn about pollination. The children will also sketch a purple kale for their Nature Journal. In Bible, we will read from Luke 10 and read “Mary Listens to Jesus Teach” and “Listening” from The Bible in Pictures and The Beginner’s Bible. In Music/Art the children will work together to act out The Three Wishes. We will also practice painting on the easel
